Since the vid file was absolutely huge (over 1 gig) I ended up using a new program called FrameShots that automatically screencapped the whole thing. Then batch processed it in Photoshop with an action to crop, resize, slightly sharpen and color correct it all.

And now me be all done and satisfied with the results...

If anyone could recommend any free or cheap file/web hosts that will host images and zips, it would be much appreciated. I'm looking for a server for long term storage i.e. the files *do not expire*
