I used Vista Glazz to patch Windows Vista superfast. The good news is that I can now use custom visual styles - the bad news? Most visual styles are focused on Windows XP, not Vista. The style I always used, Royale by dobee (1 & 2), is XP specific so...
I combed through DeviantART and found a Vista visual style I like: Slan XP for Vista by psycob. Here's my final desktop:
I transfered all my desktop icons to the task bar (see) - and the whole things looks super streamlined :)
The wallapaper is from here - I actually wanted to use Pod Wall by skurvash but I put it on my sister's laptop this weekend >__>
